Soak moong daal for 3 to 4 hours
Crush daal with adding little water
Make a soft batter and add salt
Also add ginger garlic and chili paste
Add soda and mix well
Heat a tava and add 1 tsp oil heat oil
Pour 3 to 4 tbsp batter and make a chilla
Cook till golden brown
Once chilla cooked cut in to heart shape
Spread sezwan sauce and grate cheese Put another piece of chilla
Put in to microwave of 30 sec or till cheese melts
Serve hot
